Change in Surgery Opening times

PPG Meeting Would be on

Second Monday of every month at Brentford Health Centre, Boston Manor Rd, Brentford TW8 8DS

The receptionists will endeavour to give you an appointment at your requested time, with your preferred doctor, although this might not always be possible. We provide same-day appointments for urgent medical problems but please bear in mind that these are short five-minute appointments for urgent assessment only and not for routine medical care.

All routine appointments with doctors are for 10 minutes and are usually for one problem only. If you think you will need longer than 10 minutes, please speak to the receptionist.

To make an appointment please telephone the surgery or use the online facility via the link at the top of this page.

To use the on-line facility you need to attend the surgery in person and ask at reception for a registration form. You will be asked for photographic proof of identity and documentation confirming the address at which we have you registered.

Once your identity has been confirmed, you will be given a registration form which will provide you with all the information you need to register to use SystmOnline internet facilities. For the security of both yourself and the practice, you must not disclose this information to anyone else.
